Description
Summit Digital Marketing is looking for a results-driven and analytical, Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and manage our digital marketing efforts across SEO, PPC, and more. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our marketing team, enhancing client relationships, delivering high-quality ROI reports, and ensuring that our marketing team are producing consistent results for our client. This position demands strong project management, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and committed to growing our clients' success.
Summit Digital Marketing is a remote digital marketing agency (based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado) specializing in SEO and PPC services. We serve clients in 70+ different industries across North America, Europe, and Asia, with a special focus on the ecommerce and local small business industries.
Main Responsibilities include
- Leadership, Management, Accountability (LMA): Lead the marketing team by establishing clear expectations, providing guidance, and holding team members accountable to goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Communication and Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns through effective project management. Communicate progress, results, and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of projects with consistent quality.
- Team Management: Provide day-to-day management of the marketing team. Ensure team members have the resources and support needed to meet their goals and deliver on client expectations. Facilitate training and mentorship for the team.
- Onboarding Ownership: Take full responsibility for the onboarding process for new clients. Ensure smooth transitions by understanding client goals, aligning strategies, and setting the foundation for successful campaigns.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs, concerns, and feedback. Deliver clear communication that aligns client expectations with marketing efforts.
- ROI Reports Quality and Delivery: Oversee the creation, analysis, and delivery of ROI reports. Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and presented in a way that clients can easily understand the impact of our marketing efforts on their business.
KPIs: Client Results & Retention
- Increase in client engagement metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates)
- Client retention rate
- Improvement in client satisfaction scores
- Strengthening client relationships through tailored marketing strategies
- Regular analysis and reporting of campaign performance
Skills Needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Optional: not required)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and other relevant channels. (Ideally 4+ years in digital marketing)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic thinker who can translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and ROI data.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
